Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Returned with all accessories, manuals, and any gifts included in the original shipment
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

Items that have been washed, worn, or used, especially baby clothing due to hygiene concerns

Products that show signs of damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence

Clearance or final sale items unless defective
3. Return & Exchange Request Process
To request a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send the item back without prior approval and an RMA number.
4. Returning Your Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

Include the original invoice or packing slip and a copy of the RMA number inside the package.

Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to send the item back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges, including original shipping and return shipping costs (unless our error), are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return procedure first and place a new order separately.

We will gladly assist with exchanges but cannot guarantee the availability of replacement items.
8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide photos clearly showing the issue along with your order details.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
